At Donner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronic instrument or gear, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were initially included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
